In reality, any time you want or need to sell your home is the right time for you to list. With a professional REALTOR® who has a good marketing system in place, your home will be properly presented regardless of the time of year. It’s also important to remember, the price you choose will greatly impact the time it takes to sell your home .
It’s no secret though, that the strongest time for local market activity is the Spring. The “Spring” however can begin in February some years and March or even April in others. The Strong market can end in June some years, or like this year, carry right through the Summer and Fall.
It has been a good year for the local Real Estate market compared to the last few. Prices have stabilized and volume of sales has increased. As a home Seller, now is a good time generally to get your house listed as inventory is low and Buyer demand remains brisk.
Remember though, proper marketing, good staging and presentation, and a good price on your home are key factors. We tell all our Seller clients the 3 major items that affect your home’s sale are;
